Human Resources Assistant – Office Team

Description:
A local Leeward Contractor is in search of a temporary Administrative Assistant in their HR department to cover a Medical leave. Duties include high volume data entry into internal payroll system, new hire paperwork, scanning invoices, running reports, and any special projects as needed. Duties would also include working on MS Excel spreadsheets, composing letters in MS Word, and assisting the Office Manager as needed.
Requirements:
Requires at least one year of recent administrative experience, fast and accurate data-entry, team-player, able to handle a fast paced environment, Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Accounting or Human Resources knowledge is helpful but not required.
