MAKING MEDIA THAT MATTERS

Making Media That Matters is an after-school program for girls
in which participants develop film and critical-thinking skills
by examining issues in their communities.

This year, Making Media That Matters engages participants on the root causes of incarceration among girls in Hawai‘i.

January 30 – May 8, 2014

Fifteen for 3hour workshops | every Thursday from 4-7pm

Notification of acceptance into the program by December 23

Participants to this program receive a small stipend.
