  • Program Supervisor II – Plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the services of programs and contracts assigned. This job requires a valid Hawaii driver’s license, a clear driver’s abstract, and willingness to travel in personal vehicle on an as-needed basis throughout the island.  Masters’ Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Requires knowledge of an advanced type. One year of administrative or supervisory experience. Knowledge of area of program concentration with children.
  • Administrative Assistant – As directed by the Executive Assistant II, is responsible for providing administrative assistance to support goals of, and services provided by, Child and Family Service administration. Performs secretarial duties, recordkeeping, and administrative detail and follow-up functions. Involves a high degree of confidential information. High school plus additional training equal to 2 years of college, which requires knowledge of a specialized field or may lead to licensing (data processing, accounting, human services), or formalized apprenticeship
    program. One-year office management/administration experience preferred. Typing at 65 wpm net with accuracy in spelling and grammar. Able to take dictation, produce minutes; shorthand preferred. Must possess significant organizational skills to perform assignments.
