We are looking for Customer Service oriented individuals who would like to work in an environment where casual work attire is welcomed and great attitude is a must! This position is based out of our Kapolei office.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Answers inbound calls from members and providers
Inputs data and provides high level of customer service
Handles inquiries and troubleshoots via telephone
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED is required
One or more years of experience working in customer service envrionment
Strong communication skills
PC skills using Windows and MS office
