Job Description

Answers telephone in friendly and courteous manner. Keeps accurate record of calls and delivers messages in a timely manner. Screen and greet visitors assures log in of all visitors and deliveries are appropriately filled out and set up pick-ups and deliveries w/UPS or FEDEX.
Responsible for calling all Burger King, JIB, Wendy and all Jollibee customers for daily orders.
Performs data entry of orders in SAP, prints invoices, credit memos and miscellaneous sales invoices.
Reviews documents for accuracy on product pricing, orders and invoices, prepare drivers cans for delivery, check driver cans after deliveries for signatures, shortages, record necessary documents; i.e. credits for shortages or charges for late adds.
Creates and maintains complete, up-to-date and accurate filing systems for correspondence, follow-up items, accounts payable items and other materials as required.
Processes all accounts payable and accounts receivable vouchers for submission to accounting within 24 hours of receipt.
Responsible for entering Post of Goods Issue in SAP and balancing on a daily basis.
Assists Accounting Dept. with Period End, Quarter End and Year End.
Assists in the efficient and accurate compilation of data necessary to produce various reports as assigned by Office Manager or General Manager.
Provides alternate support to the Department Assistant during his/her absence.
Compiles information necessary to ensure completion of the KPI Report every Period End and Managers Report each week, including total products produced, total product rejects, products sold and credits issued.
Process Orders & Data Entry Confirmation in SAP
Work with Plant Accountant to resolve entry and inventory issues in SAP.
Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and two-way communication with co-workers and other personnel throughout the Company.
