Department of Planning and Permitting Public Hearing Announcement

The Department of Planning and Permitting will host a public hearing for a request for a variance of the Land Use Ordinance.

Date: Thursday, September 11, 2014

Time: 1:30 p.m.

Place: Mission Memorial Conference Room, Mission Memorial Building, 550 S. King Street, Honolulu

Landowner: Gentry Investment Properties

Agent: Debra Luning

Location: West of Coral Creek Golf Course – Ewa

Lot Area: 11.7 acres

Zoning: IMX-1 Industrial-Commercial Mixed Use District

Variance Request: A zoning variance to allow an eight-foot-high wall within the required yard.

Specific sections of the code to be varied may be obtained by calling the Department of Planning and Permitting at 768-8029. All interested parties are invited to attend. Those persons desiring to testify may register prior to the public hearing at the public hearing site and are encouraged to submit one copy of their testimony in writing.

Attendance at the public hearing is not necessary to submit testimony. Written testimony may be faxed (768-6743) or mailed (650 S. King Street, 7th Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813) to the department prior to the hearing and will be considered in the evaluation of the request.
