Easter Seals Hawaii has been providing services to infants, children and adults with disabilities and other special needs, and support to their families since 1946.

Our Home & Community Based Service Program is rapidly growing and providing more services now than ever! Join the Easter Seals Hawaii ohana now!

We are currently looking for Direct Support Workers known as, Community Based Providers, to expand our services to meet the current demand. Community Based Providers provide assistance and coaching to individuals with developmental disabilities to meet goals and outcomes that increase their independence, develop natural supports and friendships, and contribute to society. These positions will coach these individuals in a variety of life skills, including socialization, communication, exercise and money management.

These are entry level positions and High School diploma or equivalent is required as well as 24 hours of experience working with developmental disabilities population is preferred. In order to qualify you must have a valid driver’s license, no-fault auto insurance, your own vehicle and pass a drug and background screen.

Positions currently available are located in Ewa Beach, Honolulu and Kaneohe. Hours vary. Full, Part and On-Call, Weekdays & Weekends positions available.
