Job Description Summary:

Operates 15 passenger van and/or similar vehicles to transport passengers on a designated route to and from specified destinations. The driver is responsible for the safe transportation of passengers in a timely manner. This position ensures the reliability of vehicles used in the transportation of passenger and the deliverance of excellent service to all customers. Driver’s duties include: assisting passengers boarding and alighting from the vehicle, professional and courteous conduct, and vehicle inspection and maintenance. *Flexible hours a must, including working on weekends and holidays regularly as well as weekday coverage, to meet the needs of the operation.

Education/Qualification Requirement:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid Hawaii driver’s license (type 3). Must have a clean traffic abstract, pass a DOT physical, and be 21 years of age. Must retain HDL and DOT physical card on their person at all time when working. Must be or become CPR/First Aid certified. Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs.
