Rush hire to fill multiple part time vacancies for seasonal workers to start ASAP

We are looking for applicants to fill multiple part time positions in guest services and security. We are a 24 hour and 7 day a week operation. We are the umbrella company for the Ko Olina resort working with all vendors, guests, residents and companies on property to ensure a happy and safe experience. Our number one goal is customer service. Our employees have a vast knowledge of the resort and how it operates. We are the first and last impression for each person entering and exiting the property. The high impact we have on the resort and guest experiences requires a balance of courtesy, integrity, empathy, and authority.

Minimum Qualifications for all positions:

– Clean criminal history
– 18 or older for security positions
– Must work weekends, and holidays; no exceptions

Minimum physical demands:

– Standing/walking for long extended periods
– Lifting or Carrying barriers, cones, chairs and other odd items
– Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Openings in:

Parking lot attendants
Cove Patrol
Association Pool Attendant

Parking Lot attendant main duties:

– Maintain a constant traffic flow
– Monitor parking availability
– Maintain a positive demeanor at all times
– Enforce all property rules and regulations
– May be required to post at contracted jobs on property will unspecified duties.

Cove Patrol main duties/requirements:

– Must have a valid drivers license
– Maintain a constant traffic flow
– Monitor parking availability
– Maintain a positive demeanor at all times
– Enforce all property rules and regulations with emphasis on lagoon rules
– Must have knowledge of ocean currents, waves, and general water safety
– Works in congruence with other personnel
– May be required to post at contracted jobs on property will unspecified duties

Association Pool Attendant:

– Work with resident manager to enforce pool rules
– Maintain a clean pool area
– Assist manager with parking/visitor passes
– Check ID cards
– Report any misuse of facility
Preferred Qualities:
– Act 208 certification
– Multiple languages
– Prior customer service experience
– Knowledge of the resort and the Kapolei – Waianae area
– Ocean knowledge
– Drivers license
