10/28 HALLOWEEN West Side Meeting at Kapolei Community Park
Come and learn everything you want about babywearing: benefits, safety, and different carriers! Our meeting will go as usual but we welcome you to dress up yourself and baby for HALLOWEEN too.
We will have a Snack Shop during this meeting as well to fundraise money. We’d appreciate your donations to help sustain and grow our chapter! If you have non-perishable items such as apple sauce pouches, fruit snacks, juice boxes, etc., we can collect those in advance. You can also donate baked goods, fruit etc., the day of the meeting. There will be a sign up thread for donations in this event. You can purchase items on a donation basis too (they’ll be sorted $1-$5).
We have several Volunteer Babywearing Educators available to help you learn how to use or troubleshoot your own carrier or one from our lending library. Our meetings are free for anyone to attend but in order to check out a carrier, you must be a member. Meetings usually last 2 hours so you can drop in at any time. Please keep in mind, however, that we do start cleaning and packing up 30 minutes before the end of the meeting so we can leave on time.
