Directions from Honolulu: Take H1 West to the Kapolei/Makakilo Exit, Exit 2, making a left on Makakilo Drive using the right turning lane.  Continue straight through the traffic light intersection of Farrington and Makakilo Drive where Makakilo Drive becomes Ft. Barrett Road.  Stay straight on Ft. Barrett until you see the Kalaeloa sign with Kapolei High School on your left and the FBI building in front of you.
Take a right on Shangrila Street. Kalaeloa Professional Center is located on your right. Parking entrance is located on Saratoga Avenue.
