It’s time for Shakas and Snatches 3rd Annual Weight Lifting Competition. Let go support our Kuleana members Dara, Ben and Brandon!!
This meet is a fun and friendly twist to traditional Olympic weightlifting competitions, while still maintaining the thrill and drama of slamming heavy bars in paradise.
No singlets are required! Be sexy, geared up, shirtless, or in slippahs! It is Hawaii after all. Lifts will be in pounds so those not familiar with weightlifting, crossfitters, and spectators can better relate the action. Similar excitement and drama to the CrossFit Games!
This year, we’re also adding two new award categories. Bring your A game, because we’re giving out prizes for Best Outfit/Costume and Best Celebration.
