Responsible for assisting with administrative and supporting tasks for the Director of Membership & Marketing. 1) Assist with individual projects and membership events at the golf club. 2) Must be flexible to work with a mix schedule of days, evenings and weekends. 3) Will be responsible to prepare and assemble all membership materials, update enrollment packages and ensure adequate supply available 4) Assist with maintaining website content with all pre-approved information. 5) Additional projects will be assigned subject to the membership and marketing activities. 6) Must be professional, courteous and friendly at all times.

Requirements: Must have a minimum of 2 years office/administrative experience. Customer service and hospitality background preferred. Must be self-motivated, good at multi-tasking and able to follow directions well. High school degree, some college or equivalent required.
