OAHU LANE CLOSURES FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 19 – JULY 25

PLEASE NOTE: Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.

— H-1 FREEWAY —

HONOLULU (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)

Full closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between Ward Avenue Overpass and Middle Street on Sunday night July 20, through Friday morning, July 25, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for the H-1 Rehabilitation Project.

The H-1 Rehabilitation project will upgrade the freeway sub-surface and asphalt to provide a longer-lasting, smooth riding surface, provide an additional lane in each direction, install upgraded lighting, improve drainage, and install glare screens along the median.

HONOLULU (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)

Partial closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Middle Street and the Ward Avenue Overpass on Sunday, July 20, through Friday morning, July 25, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for the H-1 Rehabilitation project.

PEARL HARBOR (NIGHT WORK)

Two right lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Radford Drive Overpass and the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) on Monday, July 21, to Friday morning, July 25, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign work.

KAPOLEI TO EWA BEACH (NIGHT WORK)

Single lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Kualakai Parkway and Fort Weaver Road on Monday, July 21 through Friday, July 25, from 8 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. for overhead sign work.

WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU (NIGHT WORK)

Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) on Tuesday, July 22, through Friday morning, July 25, from 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for road widening and utility installations.

WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU

Alternating lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily, for road repairs and utility installations.

HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between Koko Head Avenue Off-Ramp (Exit 26A) and King Street Off-Ramp (Exit 25A) on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m.,for overhead sign work.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

MAKAHA

Lane closures on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Jade Street and Makaha Valley Road on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for paving and drain line work. Traffic will be contraflowed using the remaining open lane.

During these hours, the east entrance to Lahilahi Street may also be closed as needed. Access will still be available at the west entrance to Lahilahi Street.

MAILI

Single lane closure in the eastbound direction at the intersection of Farrington Highway and St. Johns Road between Liopolo Street and Manununu Street, on Monday, July 21 through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for construction at Maili Beach Park.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

PEARL CITY

One right lane closure on Kamehameha Highway in the eastbound direction between Puu Momi Street and Kaahumanu Street on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for guardrail repair.

— FORT BARRETTE ROAD —

KALAELOA

Lane closures on Fort Barrett Road in both directions between Farrington Highway and Roosevelt Avenue on Monday, July 21, through Friday, July 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, for utility maintenance.
