OAHU LANE CLOSURES FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 10 – MAY 16

PLEASE NOTE: Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.

— H-1 FREEWAY —

HONOLULU TO KALIHI (NIGHT WORK)

Multiple lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Waialae Avenue Off-Ramp (Exit 26) and the University Avenue Off-Ramp (Exit 24B) on Monday night, May 12, through Friday morning, May 16, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign maintenance.

PEARL HARBOR (NIGHT WORK)

Two right lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Radford Drive Overpass and the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) on Monday, May 12, to Friday morning, May 16, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign work.

AIRPORT (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)

Left lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Hickam AFB/Naval Base Off-Ramp (Exit 15) and Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) from 9 p.m., Friday night, May 9, through 5:30 p.m., Sunday, May 11, for viaduct deck repairs.

Airport Viaduct improvements include concrete deck replacements, expansion joint repairs, and pavement restriping. Work is located between the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange.

PEARL CITY TO WAIKELE

One center lane closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) and the Pearl Ridge/Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) on Wednesday, May 14, through Friday, May 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily, for road work.

PEARL CITY TO WAIKELE

One right lane closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the H-1/H-2 Split and the Waikele/Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 7) on Monday, May 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily, for shoulder patching.

KALIHI (NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Houghtailing Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) and the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 20A) on Monday, May 12, through Friday, May 16, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for sign maintenance.

HONOKAI HALE TO WAIPIO

Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Kalaeloa Boulevard and the H-1/H-2 Split on Monday, May 12 through Friday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for sign installation.

EWA (NIGHT WORK)

Lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Kapolei/Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 3) and Kunia/Waipahu/Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 5) on Monday, May 12, through Friday, May 16, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., for sign work.

— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —

MAILI

Lane closures on Farrington Highway in both directions between Maliona Street and Maipalaoa Road on Thursday, May 15, through Friday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for striping installations.

MAKAHA

Lane closures on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Jade Street and Makaha Valley Road on Monday, May 12, through Friday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for drainage maintenance. Traffic will be contraflowed using the remaining open lane.

During these hours, the east entrance to Lahilahi Street may also be closed as needed. Access will still be available at the west entrance to Lahilahi Street.

— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —

PEARL CITY

Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in the westbound direction between Kaahumanu Street and Waimano Home Road on Monday, May 12, through Friday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 a.m., for bent strengthening prep work.

PEARL CITY (NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Puu Poni Street and Pali Momi Street on Monday, May 12, through Friday, May 16, from 7:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m., for the Rail Project.

— FORT WEAVER ROAD —

EWA

Lane closure on Fort Weaver Road in the southbound direction between Papipi Road and Parish Drive at the intersection of Fort Weaver Road and North Road on Tuesday, May 13 through Friday, May 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for fiber-optic cable installations.
