OAHU LANE CLOSURES FOR THE WEEK OF MAY 31 – JUNE 6
PLEASE NOTE: Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.
— H-1 FREEWAY —
HONOLULU (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)
Full closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Middle Street and Ward Avenue Overpass on Sunday night June 1, through Friday morning, June 6, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for the H-1 Rehabilitation Project.

The H-1 Rehabilitation project will upgrade the freeway sub-surface and asphalt to provide a longer-lasting, smooth riding surface, provide an additional lane in each direction, install upgraded lighting, improve drainage, and install glare screens along the median.
WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)
Two left lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) from 11 p.m., Saturday night May 31, through 12 noon, Sunday, June 1, for road resurfacing.

Improvements for the PM Contraflow include highway deck repairs and road widening from Waimalu to Waikele. An extra lane will be added from the Waimalu On-Ramp to the Waipahu Off-Ramp and from the H-1/H-2 Split to the Waikele Off-Ramp.
WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU (NIGHT WORK)
Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Pearl City/Waimalu Off-Ramp (Exit 10) and the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) on Monday, June 2, through Friday morning, June 6, from 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for road widening and utility installations.

WAIMALU TO WAIPAHU (NIGHT WORK)
Two lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Waipahu/Pearl City Off-Ramp (Exit 8A) and the Waiawa Road Overpass on Monday, June 2, through Friday morning, June 6, from 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., for the rail projects.

WAIPAHU
One right lane closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the H-1/H-2 Split and the Waikele/Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 7) on Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for deck widening.

MAKAKILO
Lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Campbell Industrial Park/ Barbers Point Off-Ramp (Exit 1A) and the Kapolei/Ewa Off-Ramp (Exit 3), at the Makakilo Interchange on Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., for road maintenance.
AIRPORT (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)
Left lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Hickam AFB/Naval Base Off-Ramp (Exit 15) and Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) from 9 p.m., Friday night, May 30, through 9 p.m., Sunday night, June 1, for viaduct deck repairs.
Airport Viaduct improvements include concrete deck replacements, expansion joint repairs, and pavement restriping. Work is located between the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange.
KALIHI (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)
Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Houghtailing Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) and the Likelike Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 20A) on Sunday night, June 1, through Friday, June 6, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for sign maintenance.
— FARRINGTON HIGHWAY —
MAKAHA
Lane closures on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Jade Street and Makaha Valley Road on Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for drainage maintenance. Traffic will be contraflowed using the remaining open lane.
During these hours, the east entrance to Lahilahi Street may also be closed as needed. Access will still be available at the west entrance to Lahilahi Street.
— KAMEHAMEHA HIGHWAY —
PEARL CITY
Lane closures on Kamehameha Highway in both directions between Puu Momi Street and Kuleana Road on Monday, June 2, through Friday, June 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., for road work.
