OAHU LANE CLOSURES FOR THE WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER 19 – SEPTEMBER 21

PLEASE NOTE: Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.

— H-1 FREEWAY —

SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) and the Hickam Off-Ramp (Exit 15B) from 9 p.m., on Friday night, September 19, through midnight Monday morning, September 22. All ramps to and from the airport will remain open.

Airport Viaduct improvements include concrete deck replacements, expansion joint repairs, and pavement restriping. Work is located between the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange.

HONOLULU (NIGHT WORK)

Two center lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Pali Highway and Keeaumoku Street Overpass on Sunday, September 21, to Friday, September 26, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign work.

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY —

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Aolele Street and Elliott Street from 9 p.m. Friday night, September 19, through 12 a.m., Monday, September 22, as a safety precaution due to deck repairs happening above.

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between Punchbowl Street and Alakea Street from Sunday, September 21, through Tuesday, September 23, from 8:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., for soil testing.

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closure on Nimitz Highway in the eastbound direction between Waiakamilo Road and Maunakea Street on Sunday night, September 21, through Thursday morning, September 25, from 7:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. nightly for storm drain inspection.

— VINEYARD BOULEVARD —

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Ramp closure of the Vineyard Boulevard Off-Ramp (Exit 20B) from the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Kohou Street and Iao Lane on Sunday, September 21, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., for road restriping.
