OAHU LANE CLOSURES FOR THE WEEKEND OF SEPTEMBER 5 – SEPTEMBER 7

PLEASE NOTE: Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice.
All projects are weather permitting.

— H-1 FREEWAY —

HONOLULU (WEEKEND WORK)

Single left lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Keeaumoku Street Overpass and the Ward Avenue Overpass on Sunday, September 7, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for overhead sign demolition and installation.

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Left lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between the Keeaumoku Street Overpass and the Ward Avenue Overpass from 9 p.m. Sunday night, September 7, through 4 a.m., Monday morning, September 8. Left lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between the Keeaumoku Street Overpass and the Ward Avenue Overpass from Monday night, September 8, through Friday morning, September 12, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign demolition and installation.

SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) and the Radford Drive Overpass from 10 p.m., Friday, September 5, through 9 a.m., Saturday, September 6. Work will continue from 11 p.m. Saturday night, September 6, through 4 p.m., Sunday, September 7, for deck surveys. All ramps will remain open.

Airport Viaduct improvements include concrete deck replacements, expansion joint repairs, and pavement restriping. Work is located between the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange.

— NIMITZ HIGHWAY —

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Nimitz Highway in the westbound direction between South Street and Bishop Street on Sunday, September 7, Wednesday, September 10 and Thursday, September 11, from 8:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. for utility maintenance.

— VINEYARD BOULEVARD —

Full closure of the H-1 Freeway Off-Ramp to Vineyard Boulevard in the westbound direction between the Ward Avenue Overpass and the Queen Emma Street Overpass, from 5:30 p.m. Sunday night, September 7, through 5 a.m., Monday morning, September 8, for paving.
