Onions Star In A Four-day Fest In Kapolei

Ewa sweet onions are in season, and to celebrate, Aloun Farms will host the second annual Sweet Onion Festival from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m April 19-20 and 26-27.

The festival celebrates agricultural diversity in Hawaii, while also highlighting high school culinary programs that connect local youths to the food industry. It kicks off with Hawaii’s Largest Easter Egg Hunt April 19 and 20. The Ewa Sweet Onion Concert is April 26.
