Operation Manager must carry out the mission of Waianae Community Outreach and demonstrate adherence to the agency’s Policies and Procedures. Provide support to the agency in the areas of occupant assistances to facility planning, drills and exercises, emergency communications and safety assessments. Assists and aids the homeless participants in the Shelter Program. Consistently exercises discretion, and maintains a professional objective to the agency’s operations and its advocacy for the benefits of the participant’s served. The employee must consistently demonstrate discretion and good judgment as a Operation Manager.
