Outlets at Kapolei Commons signs leases with several retailers

The developers of the Kapolei Commons shopping center in West Oahu have firmed up a name for the outlet mall portion of the project, officially calling it “Outlets at Kapolei Commons,” and have also signed leases with several outlet retailers, the director of leasing and property management for the project told PBN.

“[We’ll] keep building new restaurants and retail [opportunities],” said Todd Hedrick, who heads up leasing for Kapolei Commons. “We’re putting together a stellar shopping environment…”
