Public Meeting for Fuel Pier EIS and 2040 Master Plan

The community and interested parties are invited to a public meeting to discuss the Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor Fuel Pier Environmental Impact Statement (EIS). The scope of the original EIS has been expanded and will be discussed at this second public meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to provide current project information and to solicit public input on resources that may be affected and potential impacts that should be studied. In addition, DOT-H seeks public input on the Kalaeloa Barbers Point Harbor 2040 Master Plan prior to their finalization.
