Come join Young Professionals in conservation from around the world for the post World Conservation Congress campout at camp Palehua! Earthworks in combination with The Purple Room will be putting together a unique experience in the remote landscape of Palehua. The Purple Room players will be laying down some beats on the solar sound system followed by a special accoustic concert by Paul Izak. Late night hours will feature many more artists and accoustic jams. Drums and Fire spinning welcome.

We’ll have a volunteer event earlier in the day to help preserve Palehua, which is a private and exclusive conservation area and one of the few remaining bastions for all sorts of native species including highland iliahi (Hawaiian sandlewood) spiders, snails, etc. The conservation effort is optional but the jams start at night –
Join us for food, fire spinners, DJ’s and more until about 10PM. At that time, if you’re planning to sleep over, then please do and we’ll continue the party going acoustic into the night. The next morning, we plan to spin again and maybe even go on a hike for those who are up for it.
This is an incredibly unique opportunity to experience a landscape not regularly open to the public. Please be respectful of the environment and reduce waste in all ways possible.
