AWI Management Corp. is seeking a team or individual(s) to manage a 48-unit apartment community in Waianae, HI. These are part-time positions. Individuals with Rural Development experience and prior construction or building maintenance would be preferred.
Requirements:
-Valid HI Drivers License
-Reliable Transportation
-Authorized to work in the United States
Qualifications:
-Good communication skills
-Computer literate (Word, Excel, MSOutlook)
-Ability to positively interact with the general public, tenants, vendors, and corporate staff
-Strong organizational skills
-Detail oriented
-Ability to follow written instructions
-Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Responsibilities for Manager:
-Oversee day to day operations of property; reporting to District Manager
-Process applicant paperwork, screening applicants, obtaining landlord references, ensure all paperwork including lease and house rules receive signatures, re-certifications of current tenants, conducting move ins and move outs
-Collecting rents and security deposits
-Enforcing lease and house rules
-Ability to enthusiastically market vacant units
-Follow AWI policy and procedures
Responsibilities for Maintenance:
-Oversee day to day operations of property, reporting to Resident Manager
-Enforcing lease and house rules
-Complete maintenance request work orders; ensure tenant’s maintenance needs are being met
-Maintaining excellent curb appeal
-Ability to enthusiastically turn & market vacant units
-Follow AWI policy and procedures
