Shift Supervisors and Team Members – The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (Makakilo)

We are currently seeking Full Time & Part Time Shift Supervisors and Full Time, Part Time & Casual Team Members for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Makakilo.

Team Members are responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualized attention towards each customer. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista fulfills any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in a professional manner. Must be available and flexible for all shifts (AM, MID and PM).

Shift Supervisors are responsible for assisting the store manager in maintaining a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members. Shift supervisors assist in training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles and House Rules. This position directly supervises the barista and lead barista positions and acts as the manager on duty in the absence of the store and/or assistant manager.

Shift Supervisors and Team Members MUST be available and flexible. MUST be available to work all hours including early morning (4 A.M.), nights, weekends and holidays.
