This position is located in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS), Weapon Systems Support Department, Offsite Division, Code 501.4, Supply Operations -Hawaii Ewa Beach Intermediate Maintenance Activity (IMA) Branch Code 501.41. The incumbent reports to FLCPS Ewa Beach IMA Branch Head.
This position is a Temporary Position, Not to Exceed 1 year.

Perform supply research tasks and update supply management databases.
Process warehouse transactions, which involves related steps and processes in performing routine aspects of technical supply management functions.
Provide customer requisition support throughout the lifecycle of the requisition

GS-5 EXPERIENCE: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities, to successfully perform the duties of the position. Examples of this specialized experience include: Validating commercial delivery invoices and/or packing lists, maintaining records of rejected and frustrated material, and reviewing requisitions and identifying available procurement methods.
GS-5 EDUCATION SUBSTITUE FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants can also qualify based on the following education: Successfully completed four years education above the high school level in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. This education must have been obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
GS-5 COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Applicants can qualify with a combination of Education and Experience as described above.

Selectee is required to participate in the Department of Defense direct deposit of pay program.
