Department Overview:
The Catering and Convention Services Team handles all group events, weddings, Disney catered events (local/social) at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. The Catering and Convention Services team acts as the primary contact for the client and is responsible for planning all event details including managing contractual obligations. In addition, this team serves as the liaison to other value-chain partners such as Disney preferred vendors and Destination Management Companies. Responsibilities
In this role, the individual will be involved in a wide variety of event planning activities – including but not limited to the following:

Assisting Catering & Convention Services Managers with the planning and execution of convention groups, wedding coordination and Disney Catered Events.
Working directly with internal Aulani support departments to plan events throughout the resort
Partnering closely with operational areas including Banquets, Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Entertainment and Audio Visual to create Banquet Event Orders
