— H-1 FREEWAY —

HONOLULU TO KALIHI (NIGHT WORK)

Multiple lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Waialae Avenue Off-Ramp (Exit 26) and the University Avenue Off-Ramp (Exit 24B) on Monday night, April 28, through Friday morning, May 2, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign maintenance

During these hours, the Pali Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 21B), the westbound H-1 entrance from Punchbowl Street and the Palama Street Off-Ramp (Exit 20C) may be closed for short durations as necessary.

KAPOLEI (NIGHT WORK)

Campbell Industrial Park Off-Ramp (Exit 1A) closed in both directions on Thursday, May 1 from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. for repaving.

PEARL HARBOR (NIGHT WORK)

Right lane closure on the H-1 Freeway in the eastbound direction between Radford Drive Overpass and the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) on Monday, April 28, to Friday morning, May 2 from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for overhead sign work.

AIRPORT (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK)

Lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Keehi Interchange and the Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) from 5:30 a.m., Saturday morning, April 26, through 5:30 a.m., Sunday morning, April 27, for viaduct deck repairs.

Airport Viaduct improvements include concrete deck replacements, expansion joint repairs, and pavement restriping. Work is located between the Pearl Harbor Interchange and the Keehi Interchange.

PEARL CITY TO WAIKELE

Two right lanes closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 8B) and the Waikele/Waipahu Off-Ramp (Exit 7) on Monday, April 28, through Friday, May 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily, for guardrail work.

Improvements for the PM Contraflow include highway deck repairs and road widening from Waimalu to Waikele. An extra lane will be added from the Waimalu On-Ramp to the Waipahu Off-Ramp and from the H-1/H-2 Split to the Waikele Off-Ramp.

SALT LAKE TO HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (NIGHT WORK)

Lane closures on Farrington Highway in the westbound direction between Laaloa Street and Tracks Beach Park on Monday, April 28, through Friday, May 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for median and shoulder work.

MAKAHA

Lane closures on Farrington Highway in the eastbound direction between Jade Street and Makaha Valley Road on Monday, April 28, through Friday, May 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for drainage maintenance. Traffic will be contraflowed using the remaining open lane.

During these hours, the east entrance to Lahilahi Street may also be closed as needed. Access will still be available at the west entrance to Lahilahi Street.

Right lane closure on Kunia Road in the southbound direction between Plantation Road and Kupuna Loop on Monday, April 28, through Friday, May 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for road maintenance.

The H-1 Rehabilitation project will upgrade the freeway sub-surface and asphalt to provide a longer-lasting, smooth riding surface, provide an additional lane in each direction, install upgraded lighting, improve drainage, and install glare screens along the median.

FOR THE WEEK OF OCTOBER 12 – 18

— H-1 FREEWAY —

HONOLULU (WEEKEND/NIGHT WORK) – Lane closures and traffic pattern modifications on the H-1 Freeway between Likelike Highway and the vicinity of Ward Avenue. Beginning Sunday night, October 13, two lanes of traffic will be closed at 9 p.m. in both directions. This will leave one through-lane open from 9 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. on Sunday nights through Friday mornings. The DOT advises drivers in both directions to use Vineyard Boulevard as an alternate route.

EWA BEACH – Right lane closure on Fort Weaver Road in the southbound direction between the Kolowaka Drive and Aikanaka Road on Monday, October 14, through Friday, October 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., daily, for sewer maintenance.

KUNIA – Right lane closure on Kunia Road in the southbound direction between Plantation Road and the H-1 Freeway on Monday, October 14, through Friday, October 18, from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., daily, for utility installations.

WAIAWA TO WAIMALU (NIGHT WORK) – Three right lanes will be closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the H-1/H-2 Merge and the Kaonohi Street Overpass on Monday night, October 7, through Friday morning, October 11, from 7:30 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., nightly, for viaduct deck repairs.

A possible fourth lane will be closed at 10:30 p.m.

HONOLULU (NIGHT/WEEKEND WORK) – Two lane closures on the H-1 Freeway in both directions between Likelike Highway and Ward Avenue on Sunday Night, October 6, through Friday morning, October 11, from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m., for the H-1 Rehabilitation Project.

WAIPAHU – Lanes will be closed on the H-1 Freeway in the westbound direction between the H-1/H-2 split and the Managers Drive Overpass on Monday, October 7, through Friday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for viaduct deck repairs.
