Chili’s Kapolei Now Hiring Team Members (Kapolei)

 

We are looking for some experienced Kitchen, Server and Host Team Members . Do you want to work in a fast paced environment?

We like to develop our Team Members into Managers too; and we do have management positions available.

We have a leadership development program to help launch you into a supervisory role!

Can you help us improve our food execution and delivery times? If so we want you.
At Chili’s we see our Team Members as our number one asset. We want you to feel special working for us.
Note: This is a challenging kitchen to work in and we are working to better the environment, are you up for the challenge?

We will pay based on experience and ability to demonstrate skills.
This can be part-time or full time. We will consider you for full time if you have superior skills that you can demonstrate.
Prior experience in a FAST pasced casual dining restaurant is important. If you are coming from downtown we will take the travel into consideration for your wage. Please come with references we can call.
