If you ever wanted to learn to play chess, our Chess Wednesdays are a perfect start! Each Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., a representative from Hawaii Chess Federation will be available to teach the basics of chess. Enthusiasts of all skill levels age 10 and up are welcome and chess sets will be provided.
We also hold our Teen Game Nights on Wednesday evenings. If you enjoy playing other board games, bring in your games and play with your friends or family or challenge others.
Contact the library 10 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or if special accommodations are needed.
