The Plantation – Customer Service (Kapolei)

The Plantation, a beach chic home decor & gift boutique in KoOlina is looking to fill a part time position. The Plantation is searching for a passionate, friendly and energetic person with great customer service skills, that is detail oriented & has a drive for SALES results.
Skills Needed:
• Talkative, Passionate, intuitive, and trustworthy
• Communicative and knowledgeable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Highly adaptable and energetic
• Skilled at analytical thinking and retail math

Education:
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
Previous experience in customer service and retail is preferred.

Working Conditions:
You’ll be a part of a team with a positive work environment, selling beach chic gifts and home decor. Must be available to work some of each of the following – days, nights, weekends and holidays.

You’ll be responsible for putting your energy into providing a vibrant, positive experience for customers.

You’ll be expected to:
Have a drive for producing sales.

Create a meaningful customer experience that converts to sales.
Know the product inside and out and stay fresh with our new merchandise.
Maintain a beautiful selling environment.
Perform opening & closing procedures.
