Waianae Elementary School and Waianae Boys & Girls Club Presents “OHANA HEALTH FAIR”

GOAL:
The Ohana Health Fair will build stronger relationships and awareness within our families, school, and community by utilizing our precious community resources. In a unified collaboration, the school and community partners will present engaging interaction for students and families of the Waianae Elementary School and Leeward Community through physical and educational activities. We aim to build stronger “ohana” and relationships between all.

DON’T FORGET TO GET YOUR PASSPORT!
Upon your arrival, don’t forget to stop at the information booth to pick up your Passport BEFORE you start your journey. Take your Passport to each of the resource booths, get it signed by the representative, and bring your completed Passport back to the information booth for a FREE chili bowl with rice and a FREE drink!
Also, stop in and visit the Learning Room where there will be parent and child reading workshops and make and take items.

Please come and join us, and bring your family and friends too! A smarter, more unified community leads to a better future for our children.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS ENTER TO WIN PRIZES!
Parents/guardians to students of Waianae Elementary School can enter to win great prizes just by attending and signing in at 4 out of the 5 events. The grand prize is an iPad. Winners will be contacted within a week of the last event.
